JOHN M. GREEN
Head Of Security, began his career in the US Army stationed in the Middle East as a peacekeeper with multinational forces and has been on several deployments to Egypt, Israel, South Korea, and several Central American countries. While stationed in the Middle East, he was assigned to multiple security details for foreign dignitaries, VIPs and for the US State Department. After the military, he went to work for Lockheed Martin and DynCorp International in aviation maintenance. He then transferred to Siemens Energy Corporation as a technician in large-scale industrial and commercial power plants.
For the past 7 years, Mr. Green has been utilizing his military experience, training and skills, and has been working strictly in surveillance and security for downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota high-rise buildings and lately for security for one of the wealthiest tribal casinos in the United States, Mystic Lake Casino.
FUMIKO GREEN
Head of Operations, is an ex-General Electric (GE) executive. With over 35 years of international leadership experience in manufacturing, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and related infrastructure businesses, Fumiko Green brings her experience and commitment to GCD. Since 2010, she has focused on social innovation through the promotion of cultural exchange. She has in recent years brought a number of musicians and artists to Pennsylvania to share their talents with regional schools and communities, including at senior centers, and has also organized community concerts in Japan with American musicians and Japanese students and aspiring musicians playing on stage together. She just returned from a two-week trip to Japan with public education leaders visiting various schools and communities in Japan to promote study abroad in the US among Japanese students. She is a firm believer in nurturing global perspectives among the next generation through experiential learning.
In her corporate career, Ms. Green worked for several corporations, primarily General Electric (GE), where she was an IT Leader and Joint-Venture IT Integration Leader in the energy sector. She is also a small business owner and currently works on projects with inter-generational learning and sustainability education.
She has been a frequent speaker on global entrepreneurship and business development and has received awards from the YWCA and from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for her efforts. She has a B.A. in International Relations from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
ARUNEE NAMAMUTI
Head of Government Relations, is an experienced government senior officer who has worked with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security in Thailand for 22 years. She has worked with different vulnerable groups such as poor people, children and youth, and people with disabilities, including elderly people. She also has long experience working with international teams from many countries around the world for International Exchange Programs.
She graduated from Thammasat University with a B.A. in Social Work Administration and later completed her master’s degree in Communications English. She has served as Head of the Child Welfare Section in Care Homes for about 10 years. While working at the Ministry, she received many scholarships for short- term study and professional training abroad. As a Government Senior Officer, she has extensive experience with governmental organizations, having coordinated with ministries in Thailand for many years.
